AWARDS PRESENTATION 2009
In general everyone including players, parents, coaches, managers, referees, assistants, and anyone else that helped over the season was thanked by Chairman Martin Watts. Officials were presented with a special award in recognition of their valuable input and it was particularly encouraging to be able to give awards to our older children for non-playing activities including:-

Chairman's Special Award 2009
This award can be presented to anyone involved with the club and was presented to Joe Collins (U14s) for his outstanding club commitment e.g. coaching younger players after school every week, taking the referees course, refereeing matches and help with the Fun Frenzy etc.

UNDER 6s/7s/8s/9s - Fully Loaded
 The Stretton Red Rovers youngsters enjoyed their awards presented by Chairman Martin Watts. Each player receiving a club glass trophy and a surprise picture frame with a match attax lookalike profile! Another surprise was the bonus of an actual match attax lookalike trading card! Martin stated that it took a lot of time and effort to create the artwork etc. but he just couldn't resist it!

UNDER 10s
Members of the U10s team received their League winners, and cup runner-up trophies. Each player received their club glass trophy and were additionally presented with personalised A4 framed certificates from the team Manager Joe Leask. Alex Hearle, Connor Leask, Ollie Hughes and Richie Hammond had previously received their winners medals for the South Shropshire Interleague team. Martin presented Joe with an Official's Award as a gesture of thanks for the effort and commitment of the team manager and coach

Under 11s/12s
All players received their club glass trophy. Some players showed their awards from the Craven Arms tournament etc. Matt Charles, Manager, presented to the U11s and Andy Davenport-Smith with Mike Basnett presented to their U12s team. Matt, Mike and Andy were each presented an Official's Award.
