FOR TOM & TEAM . . .
Not that we single out
goal scorers in particular at Red Rovers as we firmly believe in a team game and
a whole-team contribution to results achieved. We do note there have been some
stunning defensive performances. However we would like to congratulate Tom
Blount for scoring the Under 8s 100th goal this season at the match
v. Coreley on Sunday 2nd - well done, and congratulations to
the team
in taking it on to 107 in total! The overall scoring stats for this season, so
far, make an interesting comparison as the U8, U9 and U13 teams' top scorers are
so evenly matched . . .
